2006 Chen Guang-He Tang Yiwu Chawang (Spring)

2006 Yiwu Chawang by boutique brand Chen Guang-He Tang. Made with pure wild growing ancient tree material from Guafengzhai and Tongqinghe in Yiwu. This production was supervised by famous Chen Zhitong, author of Profound World of Chi Tse puerh reference book.

Roughly speaking, difference between this tea and autumn version is that this is blended with Tongqinghe and autumn with Yibi. Spring is cleaner, more ethereal, with “boutique” feel, and autumn has more of that traditional “factory” aspect. I like to think it a bit like 2003 CYH Tongqinghao, but with better qi.

Very good dry natural storage in Taiwan. Approximately 357g cakes.
